I had the kids make some cards...
Sydney's picture of herself and daddy.
Jack drew Chad a pickle.
And this. I asked him what it said and he replied in letter sounds: "oh, ih, sss, ta, hu, qua, ah, oh, oh, hu".
Allie proudly handed her card to Chad and smiled hugely as he read it. I asked her what it said, and she made us giggle with surprise by saying in her sweet itty bitty voice, "happy"!
And happy, soooo happy, is what we are today.

When I saw Chadders, I didn't even equate it to Chad, I just thought of the restaurant and was so confused. For some reason my brain can't work on multiple levels like that, I never get puns.
Anyway, very cute. I love that Sydney drew a flower in her hair. And Jack drew food!

That is really cute that the kids made cards. I should have had Hannah do that. Why don't I think of things like that? Jack is so funny! I should send a picture of a pickle to Jack in the mail, I bet he would think its so funny. OH and Hannah was looking in a magazine the other day and there was a model with birds painted all over her face and body and birds all over in the picture and I was going to send it to you in the mail! hee hee.
