Then it was time to clean up and have some quiet time in rooms.
I read Jack a story, tucked him into bed for a little nap, turned to leave the room, and jumped at this little surprise staring at me on his bedroom wall...
Sydney was already laying down and I didn't want to disturb her, but feeling bad for having told her she can't hang her fairy...
I hung it up myself to greet her when she woke up.
-and of course I took a picture of her fairy too...a kid only
makes a clay fairy once, probably.
Before the clay, he'd already started hanging a collection of Jack
originals to his bedroom wall...

So now we have a home adorned with clay...and I like it.
I'm starting to notice that Jack has this way of making everything
seem cute and funny enough to change all the rules.

Ha ha! So funny, I can picture you jumping at that Jack on the wall. I'm impressed he sculpted his name out of clay AND was creative about it. A striped J, I love it!
Sydney's fairy is cute too, I don't know if I could make a fairy out of clay.
So fun...i will always remember playing with clay as a kid! it is the best!!

Jack's name was so good and colorful! I bet that made Sydney's day waking up to her fairy on the wall.
Deann! I can't believe that Jack could make his name with clay! Now, that's a work of art and so is Sydney's fairy. She just loves Fairy's, doesn't she? What about Allie, did she eat hers?

Crap! I left Syd's really cute picture she drew for me at your house! And it was SO good! I hope she didn't see that I didn't take it with me. At least she knows how cool I thought it was.
